Delete your Avior account

1. On the Home screen, tap your profile picture (or your initial) at the top to open Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete, then confirm it's you when your phone asks, for example with Face ID or your fingerprint.

1. Sign in to Avior at app.useavior.com.
2. Open your profile at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings.
3. Choose Delete account, the last item in the Settings list, then confirm with Delete and your passkey.

Your account can be deleted once both of these are true:

• Your balance is zero in every account. Move or spend any remaining money first.
• Nothing is still on its way: no transfer, deposit or card payment is pending.

Some records outlive the account, because the law or the nature of public blockchains requires it:

• Anti-money-laundering and identity verification (KYC) records, for the period the law requires, typically up to five years after the end of the business relationship. Our identity verification provider keeps the verification data it holds, including facial data, for that same period and then deletes it.
• Other information we must keep for legal, accounting, regulatory or fraud-prevention reasons, for as long as those reasons last. After that we delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from further processing.
• Transactions already recorded on a public blockchain, which neither you nor Avior can delete.
